Colony Counter
The function of Kedun colony counter is to count colonies of bacteria and other microorganism growing on an ager plate. As a high effective colony counter, it’s widely used in clinical, food, dairy, and pharmaceutical microbiology. Installed with CMOS integrated circuit, Kedun colony counter provides a reliable and sustainable method by helping in fast and accurate counting of colonies.
Each counter is compatible with a felt tip marker to press on petri dish. Sub-stage illumination is provided by energy-saving, bright LEDs for glare-free observation. Enhance counting of translucent or difficult-to-see colonies with the supplied black background filter. Semi-automatic method is able to count up to 999 colonies each time.
Counting pool is available to work with 50 to 90 mm petri dish.
